Job DescriptionAs a Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing commissioning, operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for customers in a variety of locations. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including, clarification, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), and ultrafiltration (UF). Responsibilities
•As a Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing commissioning, operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for customers in a variety of locations
•This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including, clarification, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), and ultrafiltration (UF)
•Essential Project Installation/Commissioning/REHAB Responsibilities
•Safely and successfully provide technical direction and inspections for rebuild projects and extended scope
•projects, including ABW, Accelerator Clarifiers, Greenleaf Filters, Climber Screens, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, ultrafiltration and other technologies as required, primarily in North America
•Verify installation is as per Veolia’s drawings
•Commission equipment: this includes mixers, valves, air compressors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
•Assist client with installing filter media
•Complete detailed controls testing to ensure the system is functioning as per design
•Assist client with initial plant operation
•Train client operators on plant operation
•Meet with the client and Veolia to communicate schedule and address issues as necessary
•Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
•Install/Replace and/or supervise the replacement of proposed equipment
•Install, Monitor, maintain and calibrate chemical injection systems
•Carry out process, mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
•Create and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
