Job Description
Manage and execute Onsite Customer Training – Repair Assistance - Resolve Customer Escalations – Schedule and Coordinate all travel arrangements and customer appointments - Data Entry of all field activity - – Read customer data reports and proactively resolve customer issues - Provide Weekly territory updates

Job Requirements
Home office should be located in the center of Region (preferred) with high speed Internet access Computer Skills- Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point, Outlook Minimum 3 years of Equipment Rental Industry Service Management Experience preferred but not required Proficient in Electrical and Hydraulic Repair with the ability to read schematics Bilingual – Spanish and English (preferred) Motivated Self Starter Clean Driving Abstract Ability to travel (we need to go where our customer grow) Valid Passport preferred Comfortable with Public Speaking in a classroom EnvironmentJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $75-$85k per year
