Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Supervise/assist in troubleshooting of problems, installation, assembly or disassembly of pumps, and/or seals + Travel to jobsites worldwide upon dispatching by Field Service Manager + Responsible for completing and forwarding to Corporate office all necessary paperwork for all jobs + Inform closest Service Center of any potential sales activities while at site + Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. + Performs other duties as assigned **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + Five (5) years experience in pump factory or Service Center with skills in different work processes of pump manufacturing, assembly, or testing—Sulzer Apprenticeship Program meets these requirements + Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and listening skills + Strong ability to utilize technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve problems and customer complaints + Excellent interpersonal skills + Strong computer skills, with proficiency in latest “Microsoft” software.
