Field Service Representative (for pooling)

· Provide onsite field repair, installation and maintenance services for all Schneider Electric’s product .
· Coordinate with the end-user to explain the fault analysis and recommend in details; Responsible in managing third party centers and support of authorized service centers.
· Train the authorized service vendors on new products and ensure that they have relevant skillset to support Schneider Electric’s product;
· Act as technical advisor when there is a technical escalation.
· Monitor the progress of service partner's competency level and make the relevant recommendation to fill in the gap.
· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings; Build positive relationships with customers.
