The Field Services group assists customers with installation and troubleshooting of all S&C’s products. Team members work closely with our Parts & Technical Support team to resolve product issues in the field. On occasion S&C products require return to the factory for repair, rework, or Engineering analysis. This position is for an individual with good analytical skills and a sound customer service background to provide support across the various aspects of our customer-facing operations.

This position is for the processing and support of Return Authorizations across all product groups. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist leadership with overseeing of Return Authorization processesAssist leadership with maintaining Key Performance Indicators, including regular updates to Sales, customers, and upper managementInitiate and follow through of implementation enhancements to improve the effectiveness of current processes or systems.Processing of Return Authorizations, Rework Projects, Repair quotations; including negotiating critical schedules for material to be returned to our customers.Ownership, creation of, and updating of Salesforce Cases.To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:
