Job Description Are You Ready to Lead as a Field Service Supervisor in Houston, TX?
Do you have the expertise to conduct engine services, maintenance, and inspections throughout the Americas and Gulf of Mexico? As a Field Service Supervisor, you'll support field services for 2-Stroke and 4-Stroke engines and related equipment. Can you ensure technical execution, quality delivery, and accurate data recording in line with established quality control procedures?
Responsibilities:
Can you provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a flexible work schedule? Are you able to use independent judgment and reasoning to deliver the highest level of quality and service? Will you support engine service activities as the lead, shift lead, or part of a larger service team with rigging, cleaning, inspections, measurements, calibration, and mechanical assembly as directed by the Lead Engineer? Can you execute and direct others in the repair and overhaul of cylinder heads, cylinder liners, C/W pumps, L/O pumps, fuel pumps, fuel injectors, cleaning C/A coolers and heat exchangers, and calibration of other components? Core Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree; Diesel, electronics, welding or mechanical disciplines preferred. 3-5 years’ experience in technical engine or power transmission services or other oil and Gas experience may qualify in leu of degree. Must hold a valid driver’s license, TWIC card and Passport. Willingness to travel more than 70% of the time throughout the year and adapt to frequently changing schedules and tight timelines.
