The Honeywell Building Solutions East region service\norganization seeks a Field Service Supervisor to oversee the team supporting\nkey customers in the central Maine area based out of Augusta, ME. This is a\nhands-on role pivotal in the successful delivery of services to the State of\nMaine and other customers.
You will apply your leadership skills to drive team performance and customer\nservice delivery levels. You will ensure engagement in new\nopportunities for market penetration, team deployment and sales\ngrowth through close collaboration with the account managers. You will\nliaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and\nexplore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve\nreporting procedures on financial results, targets and budgets. You will\nlead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will\ndefine team expectations and communicate those to stakeholders. You will act\nas mentor to train and develop future leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
YOU MUST HAVE:
2+\n years of contract or project experience including financial\n oversight.Excellent\n communication skills with customers, leadership, cross-functional teams and\n peers.2+\n years of experience in leading a team or teams.WE VALUE:
Bachelors\n or Advanced degree.Technical\n certificate in the electrical, controls or IT related field or 5 years of\n experience working in HVAC, fire alarm and/or security systems domain.Previous\n sales or customer success experience.Demonstrated\n ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.Demonstrated\n ability to operate independently and collaborate with key\n stakeholders.Ability\n to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards.Demonstrated\n ability to effectively lead and develop a team..Previous\n sales/ service or customer success experience.Assign\n and supervise service, SPOT and project work.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL
