About the RoleWe're currently searching for a proactive Field Service Supervisor who will manage our clients with the highest level of integrity while seeking a mutually beneficial outcome for both our company and the client. The role focuses on the development and performance of the service technicians under their supervision, including support with order logistics, task assignments, and using leadership skills to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients, all while aligning with the company's overall objectives.

Key ResponsabilitiesSupervise the Field Service Technicians to ensure they meet quality, hygiene, and service standards.Install and maintain filtration equipment, coffee machines, filter changes, and the removal or relocation of equipment to train employees and/or process service orders, if necessary.Master filter replacement, when needed.Be knowledgeable about the equipment repair process.Handle service calls.Keep a record of services performed by the technicians under their supervision and ensure Salesforce records are updated.Support the daily route management.Manage inventory of products, parts, and filters.Consistently audit the technicians under their supervision.Lead employee relations and assist with them.Manage attendance analysis and the development of staff under their supervision.
Qualification and SkillsSkills in KPI's, reporting and Microsoft platforms such as Excel, Power Point and Word. Experience with Microsoft Office, with intermediate knowledge of Excel.Skills in planning, organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving.2 year of experience leading teams as Supervisor.Knowledge in Employee Relations, Attendance KPI's. Degree in business management, or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, warehouse management.Technical knowledge.Bilingual (English and Spanish)Valid driver's license.Forklift certification, preferably.Equal Opportunity Employer:
