Your Key Responsibilities ustomer’s requirement and ensure zero down time in the mill operation. 
• Manage team of Shift-in-charges & workers at the site. 
• Manage bearing servicing area, chocking and De-Chocking area, Crane operations 
and Roll Grinding area operations and ensure to deliver as per the site requirement. 
• Maintain set system /quality standards – Check lists / service records of all the working 
areas. 
• Maintain 5S and safety . 
• Planning of the spares required, tools, manpower, etc. 
• Create best service provider image to Schaeffler, mapping of customer applications 
and the bearings requirement, etc. 
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned 
by his supervisor that are essentially related to his duties.  Your Qualifications

B.E / B-TECH Mechanical with 4 - 8 years’ experience in the Roll Shop Maintenance 
area or D.M.E with 5 to 10 years of experience in Roll Shop Maintenance area. 

Candidate should be able to manage the shift individually with operating team of 40 to 
50 members and have hands on experience in Bearing Servicing, Grinding and 
Chocking & De-Chocking. Should be able to analyze and solve the problems in the 
mill operations that are related to bearing service area.
