Fluidra’s looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
In this position you will service all Fluidra products in a timely, accurate and professional manner with an emphasis on customer care while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will:
Schedule service calls, perform service calls, and manage calls in an organized fashion. Educate dealers and pool owners on proper product installation, operation, maintenance and serviceDeliver product training seminars as requested by dealers and Fluidra sales managersInstruct dealers on Fluidra’s warranty guidelines and claims processing proceduresRepresent Fluidra at local and national trade shows and seminars, in conjunction with Fluidra sales and marketing personnelWork closely with Fluidra sales managers to help promote Fluidra products and servicesAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsWrite routine reports and correspondenceCommunicate & present effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationsAbility to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram formAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsUp to 75% travel
WHAT WE SEEK
5+ years of industry experience, in addition to significant customer service experienceOutstanding communication & presentation skillsPositive attitudeStrong technical and mechanical aptitudeStrong working knowledge of pool/spa operation including significant experience in pool/spa product installation and repairWorking knowledge of MS Office and email softwareMust take direction well, follow instructions carefully and exercise sound judgment in the course of assisting customersMust have clean driving record
EDUCATION
