Field Service Technician

Our Technicians dedicate their time to servicing our customers 24/7, including assembly, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and support with new projects. Without Field Service, we would not be the business we are today. We have created a new role to be part of our Spanish Field Service team and would like someone who is based in Spain. Excitingly, there will also be travel international with this super role. On a Given Day, You May: Provide site support with maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and support with new projects. Manage installations, providing service and visit reports, and technical support for all our machinery within your responsibilities, including advising our customers on maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades; identify any trends and share this with your manager. Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and the cleaning of the machinery. Work with our aftermarket team to implement aftermarket activities such as services, promotion, and CRM. Identify sales opportunities and pass this information onto our Sales Manager swiftly. Requirements for the Role 5 years' experience in machine servicing within food processing plants (we will consider candidates with less than this). Mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering expertise. PLC knowledge of Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley are a huge plus. BTS maintenance industrielle. Knowledge of Salesforce and Office. Someone who enjoys sharing best practices with a team. Someone who cares that the customer gets great service. Excellent Spanish and English language skills (Fluent Spanish is a must).
