TalentWorld is thrilled to partner with a leading company in search of a highly skilled Field Service Engineer. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing commercial equipment, ensuring it operates at peak performance.

You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You'll collaborate with various teams, ensuring service calls are efficiently managed and customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and reactive service on commercial beverage equipment. Maintain service van inventory to ensure a prompt response to customer service calls. Provide feedback to relevant personnel to ensure timely resolution of operational issues. Offer technical support to the Sales Department when required.

Field Service Engineer Qualifications:

Diploma, degree, or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields. Refrigerant handling certification and experience with refrigeration devices preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to repair electromechanical equipment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
