As a Field Service Technician your focus is to provide team\nsupport and assist other team members in delivery of work and servicing customer\nsites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime\nby providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Service\n and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade\n expertise)Configuration, diagnoses fault, repairs and\n programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party\n systems including Gallagher and Lenel)Software load and configuration of Honeywell\n Systems and other systems as requiredMinor Project management of service projects\n and small works including high level of management of customer and\n ensuring project milestones are achievedTechnical consulting, design and implementation\n of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product\n knowledge to the service business and customersKey Experience & Capabilities:
At least two years’ work experience with\n Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systemsTechnical experience with CCTV, Type 1A, access\n control and third-party systemsStakeholder and relationship management skillsElectrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or\n higher an advantageMust hold a valid and unrestricted driver’s\n licenceWho We Are
