We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide on-site setup, installation, and technical support for all machinery. In this role, you will ensure consistency and efficiency in troubleshooting, provide formal training to customers, and maintain strong customer relations.
ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site setup and installation of all machineryDeliver quality technical support for all equipmentEnhance troubleshooting efficiency in the fieldConduct initial and ongoing formal training for customer operators and machine maintenancePerform on-site troubleshooting and repairs on machines with complex electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic issuesProvide detailed technical feedback during and after each customer visitCollaborate with other Electrical and Mechanical Field Service Technicians as neededEstablish and maintain good customer relationsEssential SkillsMechanical troubleshootingPneumaticsBlueprint readingService and field service experienceHydraulics knowledgeAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to the component levelStrong customer management skills and commitment to customer satisfactionExperience with robotic installation, training, and troubleshootingPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.42 - $39.42/hr.
