What success looks like in this role:

Dispatch engineer providing support to multiple clients & Apple.Next Business Day (NBD) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment.Transformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipmentTakes service calls and performs incident specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or scriptPerform routine installs, moves, adds and changes as part of a directed team, including. Complex desktop and laptop break fix work &Whole unit replacementPerforms scripted image loading, unit diagnostics and replaceable unit swapping Perform troubleshooting by running basic diagnostics and performs complex module replacement on PCs, servers and peripheralsEnsures customer satisfaction throughoutMaintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.Part management.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High school degree requiredMinimum 1-2 Years of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fixComputer-building background experience preferredA+ certification a plusGeneral knowledge of desktop hardware and software including basic knowledge of Microsoft applicationsBasic mechanical skills and understanding of electro static discharge (ESD) proceduresTraining and/or vendor certifications as required including completion of Core TrainingClient and/or governmental clearance may be required Microsoft Certified Professional Certification is an added advantage.
