As a Field Service Technician I, you will leverage your expertise to perform a range of maintenance and technical support tasks on our products, including equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software, at customer or field locations. Your responsibilities will include onsite troubleshooting, rigorous testing, software updates, and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) verification and testing. You will also be involved in installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying our products, as well as updating and tracking the status of all field-related equipment. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide onsite training.

The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school diploma or GED equivalentA higher-level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationExposure to technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publicationsFamiliarity with troubleshooting techniquesBasic understanding of electrical wiring conceptsFamiliar with Linux operating system and commandsPrior experience with Security+, Network+, CCNA and/or A+Ability to frequently travel outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of time
