As a Field Service Technician III, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. You'll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying our products and updating and tracking the status of all field related equipment. You'll build and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide them with onsite training.

Must-haves:

Preferred:

Associate's degree in a related field of studyExperience with FCC or FCC GROLPrior experience with Security+, Network+, CCNA and/or A+Basic understanding of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or Pilot Static Equipment gaugesBackground in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
