Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical activities related to the deployment of new systems and technologies; Provide statistical reports, recommendations, and product deployment plans to management; Develop test strategies for devices and systems; Perform stress and performance tests on a variety of information technology hardware, including circuit board, processors, wiring peripherals and software components; Inspect equipment and prepare equipment for delivery; Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing a bad component; Perform minor system hardware diagnostics and advises on system support software problems; Load specific software packages, such as operating systems, hardware drivers and custom application software on computers; Replace defective or inadequate software packages; Provide quality assurance (QA) and ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance requirements incorporated or referenced for hardware, software, maintenance, and documentation delivered through the DMDC contract.
