Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.
On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

**Summary Position**
The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical support to end users as well as to connect and support regional infrastructure teams in activities that require on-site support (Eyes and Hands).
**A day in the life of…**
- Local IT Support regarding Field Services Main activities by Ticket Tool (Service Now);
- Local IT Support to Infrastructure Teams (CVC Network WAN/LAN/Voice, DC&C Platform/Facilities, Workforce Devices, Conference rooms, etc) on Compliance activities sucha as Perform Assets Inventory (Stoockroom and General), Hardware Replacement and Project Activities;
- IT Asset Management (Hardware Reception, Good Receipt, Asset Registration on Service Now and SAP, Decomission and Disposal) for all Nestle Owned Hardware Class 600 and IT Hardware Stock;
- Maintain IT Room Compliant according to Nestlé Standards;
- Proceed with Tape Rotation Process according Nestlé Standards;
**What will make you successful**
- Basic English is desirable.
- Studying Computer Science or IT Graduation Course is desirable;
- Desirable experience on PC/Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Access and Visio), hardware troubleshooting/breakfix;
- Basic Knowledge/Intermediate on (LAN), TCP/IP and Network concepts;
- Basic Knowledge on Windows Servers, Storage Devices and Tape Libraries;
- Experience working with remote/virtual teams;
- Experience in effective communication at different levels of the organization;
- IT service management experience;
- Organized, Services Oriented, Flexible, capacity to work on different subjects and tasks simultaneously and good on clear and concise communication.
