The Headlines:  

The Field Services Driver plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of rail yard operations. This position requires experience in operating heavy equipment, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

This position reports to the Sr Process Leader – Warehouse.

The Responsibilities:

Proficiency in operating various types of heavy equipment. Basic mechanical skills for equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

The Other Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Certification or training in heavy equipment operation. Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification preferred. Proven experience in operating heavy machinery, preferably in a rail yard or industrial setting. Knowledge of rail yard safety regulations and guidelines. Ability to read and interpret safety protocols and machinery manuals. Strong physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions. Predominantly outdoors in rail yards, subject to varying weather conditions. Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery. Requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, and reflective gear.
