Description

The Field Service Engineer will spend approximately half of the year traveling to supervise the field team during the installation of orders for our customers. While traveling, they will be expected to work overtime to complete the installation within the given timeframe. When in the office, the Field Service Engineer will support the product engineer and prepare for future installations. They are expected to lead installation teams at customer locations and interface with the customer. Additionally, they will be responsible for ordering materials and organizing installation equipment for future jobs. Understanding the customer’s requirements and the capabilities of our products is essential to successfully complete the installation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Experience/Qualifications:

•\tBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Design Engineering

•\tExcellent Analytical and research skills.

•\tThe ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawing, and sketches.

•\tStrong communications skills; both written and verbal.

•\tProficient in the use of Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

•\tFluent with commercial CAD packages; SolidWorks preferable

•\tWorking knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T), preferable

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
