Follow up by phone or other means with Clients to invite them to answer the survey referring to the service performed, there is no other way than to do it with a degree of proximity like this. Compute the indicators of this response rate with reasons why we are not receiving feedback for take actions with the BO Managers. Schedule follow-up meetings led by the BO Managers to be able to review in detail the findings in drivers such as Spare Parts, Scheduling, Easy to reach, etc.  Maintain a diverse team engaged and focused on the project objectives. Execute on challenging time constraints, prioritize, and manage indirect resources in a matrix organization
