Field Specialist Emilia Nespresso
**Position Snapshot** + Nespresso Italy, in the field ( **BO-CR-MN-MO-PC-PR-RE** ) - **Grande Distribuzione Specializzata (GDS)** + Permanent Contract - **Part time 32h (4 days/week)** + 1 year experience in sales or trade marketing in FMCG industry. Knowledge of GDS channel is a plus + Fluent Italian and English + **We encourage applications only from candidates who are local to the specified region** **Position Summary** You will ensure the correct implementation of the customer and channel policies defined by the Commercial Team agreed with the customer by Key Account and you will be responsible to promote Nespresso within the Point of Sales with the objective to increase sell out, ensuring availability, accessibility and visibility in the stores, taking into account the international criteria defined by Nespresso. You will also ensure that the brand image is respected and consistent with Nespresso guidelines and guarantee and develop knowledge of Nespresso system with sales persons monitoring level of needed information _._ **A day in the life of the Field Specialist** + Manages effectively and efficiently the point-of-sale visit, according to guidelines, ensuring that account contract conditions are respected in store + Checks machine assortments and deals with store managers in case of gaps + Negotiates in the pos spaces dedicated to Nespresso, exploiting them with the correct durable material ensuring highest visibility + Maximizes product visibility in store using POP materials + Monitors Nespresso and competitor displays, prices, promotions + Develops local pos promotional actions to increase sell out performance + Ensures briefing on pos to the sales personnel and promoters, monitors knowledge on Nespresso system, new products, promotional activities + Builds effective and long-lasting relationships with store managers + Collects and analyzes data about Area performances using them to improve performance **What will make you successful** + Degree in Business Management/Trade Marketing + Results and detail-oriented with strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work effectively under pressure with an acute sense of urgency + Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team environment + Good analytical and problem solving skills + Valid driving license _At Nespresso, we embrace inclusive languageā€”feel free to share your pronouns on your CV.
