As a Fracturing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for coordinating, overseeing and managing production-related activities and processes in accordance with relevant procedures and best practices, as well as operating meetings, safety meetings, daily operation follow-ups.

As a Fracturing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Supporting of production operation continuity.

Coordinating, overseeing and managing the assembly and/or disassembly of mechanical pumping units.

Providing records of equipment and other materials to the customer representative at the rig/well site

Coordinating and supervising activities of your team via assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support

Making reports and prepare all necessary supporting documentation to bill supplies, jobs and services to the client.

Performing any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor within a field of competence that is in the best interest of the organization.

Complying and enforcing quality, health, safety and environment standards and act proactively

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have SSC or equivalent and trade certificate from reputed vocational institute with minimum 5yrs relevant field experience

Have ability to work on equipment / tools like blender, hydration unit, LAS unit, sand king & high-pressure pumps

Have relevant experience in maintaining and troubleshooting HYDRO FRAC equipment

Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding

Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo any additional required training

Be able to travel nationally and internationally to work with customers on-site
