As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various product lines, including Drilling Services, Completions, Fishing, Rental, and Drilling Fluid, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** + Provide expert guidance and support in fishing operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices, driving continuous improvement in fishing operations. + Analyze and troubleshoot complex fishing challenges, proposing innovative solutions to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. + Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fishing operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to safety standards. **Skills:** + Expert knowledge of fishing operations and techniques + Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving + Strong analytical and decision-making abilities + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a team environment **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years of field-related experience, preferably as a driller on a rig or fishing supervisor + Broad knowledge of Fishing products and services, acquired through comprehensive Workshop & Class training + Exceptional organization and communication skills to effectively present yourself as a technical Fishing & Re-Entry specialist to clients + Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships + General knowledge of various completion methods (e.g., Cased-Hole/Open-Hole completions) + Physical capability to respond promptly to emergency situations + Proficiency in written and spoken English + Well control certification is preferred \#LI-MD1
