Field Specialist III - Well Services

**Job Overview**
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the installation, repairs, and routine servicing of remedial service packers, completion tools, and other rental equipment both in the shop and in the field. As a senior-level specialist, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our valued clients, while actively contributing to business growth through the promotion of Weatherford's products and services.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and maintain Well Services equipment with proficiency, ensuring optimal performance in the shop and field environments
+ Provide on-site services as required, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction
+ Perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned and rental equipment in the field, ensuring operational readiness
+ Assist in testing, tuning, and adjusting equipment to achieve optimal operating performance, leveraging your technical expertise
+ Monitor and report drilling and work-over rig activity related to ALS operations, ensuring accurate and timely communication
+ Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity
+ Complete job reports accurately and thoroughly, adhering to established timelines
+ Assist in the shop and make deliveries as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach
+ Maintain a 24-hour call status, ensuring prompt response to operational needs
+ Actively participate in all Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Tailgate, and safety meetings related to current operations, prioritizing a culture of safety
+ Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate changing work environments and conditions effectively
+ Continuously expand knowledge and experience of ALS operations and services through ongoing training and professional development
+ Understand and comply with Weatherford's Quality Policy, Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions, ensuring adherence to established standards
+ Adhere to all safety rules and company policies, promoting a safe and compliant work environment
+ Carry out work assignments with the highest level of quality, demonstrating a commitment to excellence
+ Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the supervisor, within the physical constraints of the job
**Skills:**
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
**Qualifications:**
+ A High School diploma (or Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) is the minimum educational requirement. Preference will be given to candidates with a 2-year College degree.
