Field Staffing Manager Field Operations Full-Time Apply Now Apply Now Job Summary As the Field Staffing Manager, you will play a critical role by stepping into existing Cornerstone Caregiving field offices on an interim basis. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the daily office operations including recruiting, scheduling, and incoming calls for a period of time. The Field Staffing Manager will work directly alongside the Operating Director of the office they are assisting with. This individual will regularly manage and maintain compliance with hours of care, client and caregiver paperwork, schedules, and answering phone lines in a timely and respectful manner. This will be a remote role with the potential for in-person work based off of proximity to an existing Cornerstone Caregiving office as needed and requested. Benefits Compensation Competitive starting salary that corresponds to the applicant’s experience and this role’s needs Career Development & Support Receive initial corporate training & ongoing corporate support while you develop professionally Benefits Receive paid Health, Dental, and Vision insurance on top of a competitive starting salary Perks Enjoy an allocated phone stipend and competitive PTO to recharge as needed Meaningful Impact Experience fulfillment by serving those that directly impact our elderly population & their families Responsibilities and Duties + Utilize Indeed to recruit, interview, and hire qualified caregivers for new and existing clients. + Utilize AxisCare to schedule caregivers with new and existing clients and ensure appropriate coverage is met for all Cornerstone clients and caregivers. + Facilitate onboarding of new clients and completing client assessment documents via DocuSign or in person as needed and requested. + Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the caregivers, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive work environment. + Monitor and evaluate the performance of caregivers while communicating to the Operating Director and/or existing on-site managers of any service failures from the caregivers. + Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies and procedures. + Communicate effectively with Cornerstone Caregiving leads, clients, their respective parties, caregivers, and referral sources via phone, email, and through a VOIP texting system, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications and Skills + Strong and efficient communication skills are required. + Must be skilled in technology to learn and train on CRMs, phone systems, and scheduling systems. + Preferred experience in home care, hospice, home health, or senior living communities. + Teachable, fast learner.
