As the Field Supervisor, you will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Under minimal supervision, supervising and oversees the installation/pulling of (complex) ESP Systems and associated equipment in offshore and onshore locations

Leading a team, attends pre job planning meetings, prepares for and supervises the technical service.

Acting as on site ALS representative for communication with customers and Baker Hughes Service Delivery Coordinators

Completion all job documentation. Conducting a worksite review and debrief the internal team

Monitoring, troubleshooting and testing downhole ESP equipment including Downhole Monitoring Tools in order to maximise well productivity and ESP runlife.

Seting up and starts Motor Controllers and VSD’s. Electrically competent personnel may be required to commission and maintain various types of surface control equipment

Providing on-the-job training to team members.

Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE and Quality policies, Legal Compliance requirements, procedures and Baker Hughes Core Values and Behaviours.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a successfully completed your Technical Diploma or equivalent, Industry experience and product line training required

Have 5+ years of relevant work experience

Have knowledge with MS office software.

Have proven Mechanical/electrical background

Be fluent in English verbal and written

Will be required to travel and work out with home country
