The Corenthum, Tower B, Unit No. B-53/2, 3rd Floor, A-41, Sector-62, Noida (Uttar Pradesh)Will be responsible for handling technical & commercial parameters in Service operations at Dhaka Metro Project. Should have good communication (written & verbal) & presentation skills.Will be responsible for creating Safety awareness and ensure employees are working safely.Ensure Zero accident / incident. To conduct FPA and complete corrective actions within targeted completion date.Monitor how to reduce callbacks. work on top ten calls received.Monitor Callback/Service plan as per SLA requirement by customer.Submission of RRCA on each and every failure.Inspect or re-inspect to see progress of work. / Random Check for Quality.Manpower allotment day to day basis on callbacks received.Candidate should be Diploma/ B.Tech with relevant experience of 6 to 10 years. Out of which Should have minimum 2 to 4 yrs. relevant work experience in Metro Projects (elevator & escalators) Service. This Position will based out at Dhaka - Bangladesh
