To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! **Responsibilities** + Responsible for advanced access and support + Possess knowledge of government customer’s mission, objectives, policies, and procedures to work iteratively with government personnel to create innovative and effective workflows for utilizing analytical tools and platform to achieve customer goals. + Full-time training support to assist our customer in achieving a high level of proficiency in utilizing tools to fulfill the mission of the customer. + Provide law enforcement and support personnel with the capacity to utilize features and functions of analytical tools in normal and emergency situations. + Work with existing training and communication teams to tailor and refine a robust training program. + Provide input and guidance to improve the quality and effectiveness of training materials. + Coordinate all training and operational support activities with the Training Field POC. + Coordinate with other teams to ensure that employees are familiarized and trained in the operations of modified or new version of the analytical tools. + Ability to travel CONUS & OCONUS as required by the customer. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Be a U.S. Citizen + Must meet High Risk, Law Enforcement Sensitive background and have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS-S/CI clearance. + Have the ability to work embedded with a HSI Field Office and HSI Headquarters Components.
