Building and developing the business of the Ria agent network across the 6 regions of the UK.
Responsible for the coordination of Field Support staff, management and review of the assigned regional portfolios and determining necessary training and advancement needs.
Educating employees on the use of software and hardware used in the Company’s day-to-day operations.
Partnering with local sales, operations, and marketing teams to plan and execute efficient training and development of existing businesses.
Active management of the set-up and training process of agents within the team.
Coordination and evaluation of the process of retraining and visits of existing agents.
Providing solutions and choosing correct interdepartmental communication channels where challenging matters arise.
Coordinating the process of rebranding of existing agents according to the Company’s Marketing department set policies.
Developing strong relationships with agents while working for their long-term commitment to the business.
Preparing/reviewing/improving weekly team plans to ensure the Company set targets are met.
Managing and regularly reviewing the distribution and assignment of agent portfolios within the team to maximize the set targets achievement.
