Field Support Supervisor-Manchester/Cheshire UK

Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Field Support Supervisor in the Light Industrial market. Within our industry leading Nalco Water division, this technical management opportunity plays a key role in supporting a district’s sales team made up of 10+ sales associates. In this position, you will oversee the district equipment and servicing functions by supervising and developing a team of equipment & servicing engineers. You will offer expertise on daily operations to optimize our field team’s ability to deliver best in class solutions for our customers.

What You Will Do:

Booking in of all work for Nalco Equipment engineers in designated districtRunning reports to allocate job sheetsBuilding relationships with key partners and liaising on an ongoing basis to ensure service delivery is optimisedRaise orders and checking of costsCheck and submit RAMSLiaise with customers to schedule worksOwn problems and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure swift resolution to issuesCanvas different partners to ensure the best costs are obtained for works and raise quotations for the sales teamAction emergency work orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction and KPI’s are metManagement and auditing of partners to ensure H&S and compliance to Nalco standardsCarry out management and PP&Ds of any direct reports

Candidate must reside in UK, ideally around Manchester or Cheshire areas

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent communication required, both written and verbalPlanning experienceWater treatment or water hygiene experienceProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

Supervisory experience1 year of experience in a sales organizationCustomer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers
