Complete Description:
Provides customer or technical support by collecting trouble tickets, analyzing issues, carrying out solutions, escalating issues, and tracking to completion.
This position will work for the DC Metropolitan Police Department Automated Traffic Enforcement Unit (ATEU). Responsible for daily and routine testing and maintenance of field units for License Plate Reader (LPR) and new photo enforcement equipment for crosswalks, gridlock, stop signs, speeding, and commercial motor carrier violations.
