Oversee and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring all work is executed safely and efficiently Execute maintenance plans across multiple rigs, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and minimizing downtime – utilization of Business Intelligence Tools (myBit) for planning and forecasting of planned WOs Understand rig operations in order to best plan and best utilize specific operational flat times in order to conduct preventive maintenance  Strong financial awareness and budget control  Monitor and ensure timely closure of work orders, maintaining accurate records within the company’s Computerized Preventive Maintenance System (CPMS). Evaluate recurring equipment failures, determine root causes, and recommend long-term solutions.
