Field Technical Engineer CRM - Emilia Romagna

**Purpose of the Job**
The Field Technical Engineer (CRM) will promote Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management product lines by providing professional and technical support to medical and sales personnel. This role is crucial for addressing technical inquiries from the field or internal sources promptly and ensuring compliance with Abbott's reporting standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Technical Support:** Provide comprehensive technical assistance to the sales force and physicians across Italy, including support for implants and follow-ups.
+ **Product Training:** Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers on the use of CRM products.
+ **Clinical Study Support:** Assist physicians during the enrollment and follow-up phases of clinical studies.
+ **Collaborative Support:** Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, the FTE Coordinator, and the Clinical Department on various tasks and projects.
+ **Customer Engagement:** Adopt a proactive, solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
+ **Feedback Communication:** Quickly relay feedback and information on supported implants and procedures.
+ **Event Participation:** Perform booth duties at relevant events as required.
+ **Quality Compliance:** Ensure adherence to all Abbott Quality Procedures.
**Reporting**
+ **Market Analysis:** Generate concise reports on market trends and competitor activities for the Sales Force, FTE Coordinator, and Regional Sales Managers.
+ **Competitor Insights:** Provide marketing teams with detailed information on competitor devices.
**Education & Competencies**
+ **Qualifications:** Degree in Engineering or a related field.
+ **Language Skills:** Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
+ **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of MS Office.
+ **Experience:** Preferably 1-2 years in a similar technical support role.
+ **Soft Skills:** Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, initiative, stress resistance, and communication abilities.
**Geography**
This role requires a focus on the Nordest region, particularly Emilia Romagna. Candidates must be willing to fully relocate to this area.
**Contract:** Initial 1-year temporary contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract.
