What we’re looking for… + Candidates with 1-3 years of experience with supporting any type of plant or facility operations, emergency and/or incident response. + Basic knowledge of logistics and experience with transloading freight. + Strong communication skills to properly answer technical advisement for clients. + Prior experience with flexi-tank services is preferred. + Proficient in MS Excel, strong organization, follow up and communication skills. + Fluency in Spanish is a big plus (not required).  About OEC Group  Established in 1981, OEC Group is one of the leading NVOCC freight forwarding companies. About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): + Meets with clients to explain the flexi-tank technical services. + Works with operations for shipment follow-up.  + Adapts to clients' needs based on standard or specialized solutions.  + Creates unique product offerings/special projects for clients in development with commercial/independently.  + Follows up on incident management cases.  + Understands market need for on-site/in-person support versus using local resource for cost control purposes.  + Oversees the flexi-tank product and manufacturing process.  + Reviews product offering to clients for constant improvements.  + Investigates incidents through root cause analysis to determine the issue and determine what action can be done to make a better product.  + Be professionally prepared for client meetings to present the company services.  Work Schedule + Webster Office 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST + Position will require an on-call schedule  + Travel is required ~30%-50% of the time Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.    Education & Experience + Associate's degree preferred but not required + Prior experience with transloading shipments preferred Salary $50,000 starting salary with room for growth.  Perks & Benefits of OEC Group After successfully completing and passing a standard 90-day introductory period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.
