**Job Title: Field Technician**
**Job Description**
Primary duties are to load, unload, process, and store waste materials. This includes operating a forklift with attachments, brooms, shovels, production machines, palletizers, and tractors, and working off ladders and stairs. The role also requires using Department of Transportation (DOT) knowledge to match and label inbound materials for storage and shipping of containers to other sites. Additionally, you will utilize a barcode system equipment (RT Scanner) to document and keep track of all material that comes in and goes out.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load, unload, process, and store waste materials.
+ Operate forklifts, production machines, palletizers, and other equipment.
+ Work off ladders and stairs.
+ Use DOT knowledge to match and label inbound materials.
+ Utilize RT Scanner for documentation and tracking of materials.
+ Work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and dirty environments.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in environmental, construction, industrial, or commercial sectors.
+ Proficiency with forklifts and RF scanners.
+ Ability to lift 60+ lbs.
+ Comfort with working in extreme conditions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ General labor experience.
+ Experience operating smaller equipment and forklifts.
+ Willingness to work in non-hazardous material environments.

**Work Environment**
This role is primarily indoors, handling waste material transported from the field team. It involves exposure to extreme heat and cold, and is very labor-intensive. The dress code includes steel toe boots and company-issued uniforms. The position follows a 2x2x3 schedule with 12-hour shifts.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
