Overview TRC is seeking several motivated Field Technicians – Occupancy Surveyors to join our Integrity Engineering Services group to travel across multiple states for the duration of this project. Responsibilities include working out in the field, collecting data, taking pictures, capturing structures and engaging with local businesses. This position is 100% travel involving working on various client sites for several weeks/months at a time. Average days are 10-12 hours, 6 days including overtime and per diem. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Perform data collection on building structures occupancy within an existing pipeline corridor. Interaction with the public- businesses together occupancy information Driving along pipeline corridors collecting structure data Coordinate and schedule with team members. Liaison between the design and survey Requirements: Ability to handle field survey equipment, troubleshooting, good writing and record keeping skills are required. Ability to Pass DOT Drug and alcohol screening. Must be able to pass a credit check for company issued credit card to cover expenses. Must possess a valid Driver’s License Must be self-motivated & be able to work independently. Ability to work in a safety oriented and high stress outdoor environment is required. Approximately 100% Travel. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
