We’re seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Field Technicians to join our expanding team in Madison. If you’re passionate about customer service and delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you! Schedule: + Monday Thru Friday, 7am - 4:00pm with 60 min lunch + Saturdays are required once per month; You will receive another weekday off whenever working a saturday Key Details: + Overtime opportunity averaging 2.5 to 5 hours per week, paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40. + This position requires a valid driver's license; Company vehicle provided. What You’ll Do + Visit Homes & Take Precise Measurements: Ensure accurate fits for windows, doors, siding, and roofing installations, with attention to every detail. + Solve Customer Issues: Address concerns like drafty windows or misaligned frames, leaving every customer impressed with your professionalism. + Manage Materials: Coordinate purchases to ensure every project is installation-ready. + Guarantee Satisfaction: Confirm contracts and deliver seamless service that exceeds expectations. + Uphold Feldco Standards: Perform post-installation inspections to maintain the high quality our customers trust. + Deliver Exceptional Service: Engage with homeowners and provide a customer experience that stands out. What We’re Looking For + Experience in home construction is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate. + Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make customers happy. + An eye for detail when measuring and servicing projects. + Confidence using tablets for scheduling and order management. + Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work from ladders as needed. + Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays to meet customer needs.
