Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is looking for a Field Trainer in the Kyiv region (home appliances and audio/video category).

We are looking for a Field Trainer who will be responsible for preparing training materials, conduct and facilitate offline/online trainings for Samsung employees and partners, support NPI events, and ensure the level of knowledge of Samsung employees in the field.

Role and Responsibilities

Main Role Responsibilities:

Provide training material based on headquarters guidance and Ukraine's marketing strategy on products and sales skills developmentFacilitate practical sales skills training sessions for promotersConduct trainings in the store according to the route planFacilitate orientation programmes for new employeesEnsure monthly KPIs are met based on the National Trainer's guidelinesFacilitate knowledge and competency tests for field staffRegularly prepare training reports, competitor reviews of new launches and training mechanismsRole-playing games to facilitate the field teamParticipation in the evaluation process of promotersSupport for other regional tasks based on a direct request from the manager

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales (consumer electronics as an advantage)Competent and fluent knowledge of UkrainianCar is a must (driver's licence category B) At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing training of sales agentsProficient MS Office user (Excel - intermediate level, PowerPoint - intermediate level)Willingness to travel on business trips
