As a Field Training Associate at Alarm.com, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our partners' knowledge and skills through various interactive and engaging training methods. In addition to facilitating in-person and virtual learning sessions, you will be responsible for creating instructional videos that provide clear, concise, and effective training on Alarm.com products and services. Your work will ensure that our partners are well-equipped with the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
Responsibilities
Facilitate learning of Alarm.com partners through in-person and virtual training events Film and produce engaging and educational short-form video content Coordinate and deliver webinars on varied topics focused on product education Manage inventory of hardware, training materials, and promotional items, including tracking, ordering, and organizing resources to ensure availability and readiness for training events Responsible for the regular maintenance and timely updating of demo equipment Serve as a subject matter expert on Alarm.com products and services Partner with internal stakeholders/managers regarding training needs Collaborate with internal teams to stay up to date with new Alarm.com product release features to properly respond to partner inquiries Up to 75% travel (normal travel around 50%) Other duties as assignedQualifications
