Your Mission

•Actively contribute to improve HCP KPIs in store through coaching and structured training programs •Develops HCPs’ competencies to perform improve their professionalism and the customer experience •Support HCP and AM day by day to ensure correct procedures are applied and product/process issues are fixed •Become a business partner of the AM to support them in achieving sales targets  

What the position is about | Role & Agenda

Partner with AM, Rex and Sales Director to discuss HCP KPIs and related skill gaps, define training priorities and action plans Build a strong process of training planning, monitoring, mutual support and feedback sharing with Sales Team to boost store performance KPIs and develop profiles Provide training to HCP’s in groups or individually, executing performance follow-up based on the training provided. Improve KPIs as a consequence. Implement the training & development plans for the stores across the entire country geography related to: HCP performance improvements via comercial skills strengthening New projects launches related to: New processes and ways of selling Customer experience improvement (i.e. audological protocol and Next) New products Onboarding to new hires Localizing global training contetns or creating new training material via collaboration with other departments Correctly track all the training initiatives on the internal platfrom, guaranteeing availability of reliable data for analysis

Sales attitude and result oriented Inclination to change and fast-learning attitude Autonomy/proactivity in plannining Effective Communication and active listening skills Team work & ability to build relationships with sales team  

As an ideal candidate, you are…

•Previous experience as dispenser or trainer in similar industries  People development through coaching and training programs •Previous experience in sales and/or training •Knowledge of O365 & english speaker •Living in center-south of Portugal
