The Field Warranty Area Manager (Contract) works with FCA Canada dealerships to assist with improving service operations and warranty processes. The FWAM is the primary liaison between the manufacturer and the dealers within their assigned area for all warranty concerns. The FWAM is a dealer consultant helping with dealer processes in service operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities of the position will include:
Act as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer for warranty operations Observe and improve service operations processes Work with dealer to ensure service, parts, customer service and service lane consistently adhere to Stellantis service operation policies Troubleshoot and advise on warranty claim processing concerns, identifying areas for improvement Review warranty receivables to proactively identify any potential concerns Provide dealer guidance on: Claim and condition structure (data integrity) Service administration policy clarification Discuss pre-authorization requirements and processes Support and provide guidance to DSMs with all warranty operations requirements Review Fixed First Visit data and Repeat Repair claimsThis position will be located in the Winnipeg, MB area.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) experience in automotive service facility environment, FCA Canada dealership experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree Reside within the region with the ability to travel regularly within the assigned area Knowledge of warranty procedures and dealer documentation requirements Thorough working knowledge of vehicle mechanics, recommended servicing methods, available shop equipment, and diagnostic procedures Competency with Microsoft Office Ability to analyze financial data (financial statements) Outstanding oral and verbal communication skills in both languages Ability to function within a team environment and maintain a respectful working relationship with the dealer body Industry knowledge Legally eligible to work in CanadaPreferred Qualifications:
