We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Open-Pit Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of open-pit mining equipment, including loaders, haul trucks, dozers, and graders. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance. Collaborating with the team to ensure high standards of safety and efficiency are met.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

3+ years of experience working on open-pit mining equipment. Red Seal or Alberta Journeyman certification in Heavy Duty Mechanic (Off-road). Extensive experience with loaders, haul trucks, dozers, graders, and other open-pit mining machinery. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills. A solid commitment to safety and quality work. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
