Job Objective: Organize and file departmental documents and assist with clerical functions.\n

Schedule\/Hours - Open to a flexible schedule, 10 hrs. per week M-F \n
Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Student or Graduate\n
Essential Job Functions:\n\nGathering and organizing files and documents. \nSorting, labeling, alphabetizing, and updating files\nPutting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations\nPulling documents and files as needed\nPreparing files for achieving\nMaintaining supply inventories\nAnswering phone calls and emails\nPhotocopying material and sending faxes\nAssisting with mailings\n\n
Physical and Mental Requirements:\n\nMust be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.\nMust be well organized with the ability to read names and alphabetize quickly. \nAbility to perform gross body coordination such as walking, stooping, bending, filing, etc.\nAbility to perform tasks which require hand eye coordination such as grabbing, pulling and sorting files, hole punching, stapling, keyboard skills, writing or picking up paper.\nAbility to sit, stand, bend or squat for long periods of time.\nAbility to communicate and be understood.\nAble to hear sounds within some background of noise as in answering the phone, intercom, etc.\nVisual acuity to see and read handwritten and printed documents and computer screens.\nAbility to use company software and equipment to accomplish electronic tasks.\nAbility to concentrate on fine details with interruptions.\nAbility to attend tasks\/functions for more than 60 minutes at a time.\nAbility to understand and relate to the reasons behind several related concepts.\n\n
