Job Description
The office will be responsible for managing an additional 100,000 titles in their vault due to the acquisition between our client and Rucci. We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk/Title Specialist who is comfortable with handwriting on legal documents, possesses legible handwriting, and has experience in a professional setting.

The work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. This is an in-office position with no remote work opportunity. The dress code is business casual (no flip flops, ripped jeans, or perfume). This is a contract position with potential to move to different roles after the project is completed, and there is always the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
