Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Programmer Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The primary function of this role is to support our organization's database and CRM transition needs, with a focus on using FileMaker Pro and HubSpot CRM. The role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing a wide range of activities, from processing customer applications to maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting growing organization through mergers, acquisitions, system transitions. Responsibilities • Addressing a backlog of development tasks in FileMaker Pro. • Developing, updating, and optimizing FileMaker Pro systems. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the FileMaker Pro database. • Creating custom FileMaker Pro solutions and scripts tailored to business needs. • Leading the migration of data and processes from FileMaker Pro to HubSpot CRM. • Developing and executing workflows for a seamless transition to HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Customizing HubSpot to align with the organization’s operational requirements post-transition. • Regularly monitoring and maintaining the FileMaker Pro system to ensure smooth operations. • Providing continuous support for HubSpot CRM, including troubleshooting, workflow updates, and system optimizations. • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure processes align with organizational needs.
