Packaging :

Spot checks weights at regular intervals on manual scale, completes weight monitoring log sheet and call maintenance to address deviations if any identifiedEnsures the product is packed in the correct SKU’sEnsures Off-Spec Material is labelled/ Marked correctlyCheck bottle-feeder and bottle blower to ensure smooth operation of bottle feeding to carousel machine rejects any deviations in product quality and reports to robot operator.Rejects any deviations in weights and packaging materials quality defectsChecks if video jets are working, printing the correct batch numbers and reports any deviations to instrumentationResponsible for manually capping of bottles / filled containersResponsible for cleaning of spilled product on carousel table and reporting the origin of such spillages immediately to supervisorWhen required and where applicable, repetitively lifts weights physically (charging, weighing, decanting and packaging)Performs any process related tasks to minimize process delaysPerforms any duties at the 8/15/25 kg and 25/50 kg filling stationsDoes trouble shooting around all filling stations and reports to robot operatorEnsures that production plan is adhered toAccountable for all housekeeping matters in working area, 5S
