Filler Operator
**Job Title: Filler Operator** **Job Description** Responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with the International Standard, management of blending and repackaging operations, operator training, operations equipment specifications and preventive maintenance enforcement, and management of complete traceability of Product Origination, Modification, and Destination. The Lead Operator works with the Lab Technician (QA) for QC Sampling when properly trained and reports to the Plant Manager. Take a leadership role among fellow operators ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. Review all new work undertaken by the Plant in terms of operations workload, provide input to Plant Manager on scheduling and operations staffing levels, and ensure the availability of operation equipment necessary to perform product production. In the absence of the Plant Manager, the Lead Operator will serve in that capacity. Consult with clients/partners or their representatives to clarify requests for services and monitor plant performance while ensuring confidentiality to other clients/partners. This person will be hands-on, overseeing the work of three operators loading and unloading trucks, performing blends ranging from small in size to 25,000-gallon blends, and will be cross-trained to assist in the lab when the Lab Tech is not on site.
