Filler Operator
**Job Title: Filler Operator** **Job Description** The Filler Operator is responsible for ensuring compliance with international standards, managing blending and repackaging operations, operator training, and preventive maintenance enforcement. This role includes managing the traceability of product origination, modification, and destination. The Lead Operator works closely with the Lab Technician for quality control sampling and reports to the Plant Manager. This position involves hands-on duties as well as overseeing the work of three operators. **Responsibilities** + Manage blending and repackaging operations. + Maintain complete traceability of product origination, modification, and destination. + Collaborate with the Lab Technician for quality control sampling. + Take a leadership role among operators to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. + Ensure the availability of necessary operation equipment. + Consult with clients or partners to clarify requests and monitor plant performance. + Fill drums in the liquid production department, label drums, and ensure no spills occur. + Clean the facilities to maintain a clean work environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
